Shipping policy

1. Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • All orders come with free standard shipping, with delivery within 4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • This option is automatically selected at checkout unless you choose to upgrade.

Express Shipping (₹50 Extra)

  • If you need your order delivered faster, we offer Express Shipping for an additional charge of ₹50.

  • Express orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In rare cases, order processing may take up to 48 hours during high-demand periods or promotional sales.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

  • You can track your order status in real-time using the provided link.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Within 4 business days from dispatch

  • Express Delivery: Within 2 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


5. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at tykun.shopify@gmail.com before placing an order.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at tykun.shopify@gmail.com, and we'll investigate the issue promptly.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. Tykun Clothing is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
